Every year millions of children’s lives are destroyed!

If you care about the society you live in, if you are disgusted by the acts of sexual predators, paedophiles and monsters then please join us on Saturday the 15th September in Manchester for our rally.

A poster is available here, but if you cannot make it, then please print out a copy and display it where ever possible in a clear location where it can be seen by all.

Child abuse goes on for so long because the child often believes that they have done something wrong, it also continues for so long because usually the person who is committing the terrible act is someone you would not expect, someone you would trust and someone quite often in the family.

The children then go on to live in a world of pain, isolation and misery. Some of them don’t survive because death is a better option or if they do, many cut huge chunks out of their bodies, drink, drug, or find other unsafe means of escape.

There are a few lucky ones who manage to turn their lives around but the memories never leave and they can never get back the childhood they lost.

Too many children are going missing, too many children get hurt and too many adults commit suicide because they can no longer live with their abusive past.

How do I know?

I am a survivor and never wanted to be.

I wanted to be a little boy who laughed and skipped in the summer sunshine knowing that mummy and daddy would always be there and love me!

Now I have tears in my eyes because it still hurts to this day – after 39 years!

I ache for the family I never had and I still want a mummy and I still want a daddy, just to be proud of me, just to say well done or even to give me a little bit of advice when I am lost in this sometimes cruel world.

How many more kids have to suffer?

Ghandi said ‘be the change you wish to see in the world’.

I know I will be there on the 15th September will you?

Next time it could be your son, your daughter, a relative or someone you know!

My love, thoughts and prayers are with the still suffering and we are never alone.
